Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 18942

The department shall reimburse the counties for the cost of actual payments made pursuant to this chapter and for the administrative costs actually attributable to those payments. Any appropriation for this chapter may be transferred to pay for the costs of a contract entered into with the federal government to administer this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 329, Sec. 38.
