Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 18906.8

Subject to Section 18906, the state may pay 100 percent of the nonfederal administrative costs, when cost-effective, as determined by the state, of followup activities in the Income Eligibility and Verification System for recipients. (Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 69, Sec. 63. Effective June 30, 1993.)
