Welfare and Institutions Code
Persons who are eligible for aid to the aged under the Old Age Security Law, aid to the blind, aid to the disabled, or aid to families with dependent children (including the caretaker of such children), are not eligible for relief under this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1784.)
