Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 18298

Inasmuch as domestic violence shelter-based programs are to serve a variety of cultural backgrounds, to the extent feasible, a portion of the domestic violence shelter-based program’s personnel shall be bilingual. An effort shall be made to recruit formerly battered persons as staff members. (Repealed and added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 857, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2007.)
