Welfare and Institutions Code
“Hospital services” means services provided by public and private hospitals licensed pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 1250 of the Health and Safety Code. (Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 1331, Sec. 9. Effective October 2, 1989.)
