Welfare and Institutions Code
Unless the context requires otherwise, the definitions set forth in this section shall govern the construction of this chapter. (a) “ Program” means the Child Welfare Training Program. (b) “Department” means the State Department of Social Services. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1310, Sec. 1.)
