Welfare and Institutions Code
Each county shall establish and maintain a specialized entity within the county welfare department which shall have lead responsibility for the operation of the adult protective services program. (Added by renumbering Section 15751 by Stats. 2002, Ch. 54, Sec. 20. Effective January 1, 2003.)
