Welfare and Institutions Code
If the participant is not satisfied with the project’s disposition of his grievance, he may appeal the project’s decision to the department. The department shall make a written determination within 30 days. Findings and recommendations of the department shall be binding upon the project. (Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 373.)
