Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 15375

Projects shall establish eligibility criteria in order that a mix is obtained which will include both short-term and long-term participants who will make maximum use of the projects’ resources. Priorities must be explained in full prior to contracting with the department and may be modified by the project, with departmental approval. (Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 373.)
