Welfare and Institutions Code
Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in this section govern the construction of this chapter. (a) “Project” means a model supportive services project supervised by the State Department of Aging. (b) “Office” means the State Department of Aging. (c) “Elderly persons” means persons aged 60 and over. (Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 373.)
