Welfare and Institutions Code
The county shall estimate the social security increases for the month of October and such estimated increase shall be taken into consideration in determining eligibility for and the amount of the October 1, 1972, grant for recipients of aid under Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 13000) of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code. (Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 504.)
