Welfare and Institutions Code
The department is hereby authorized to establish those administrative support positions necessary to carry out the provisions of Chapter 924 of the Statutes of 1975. These positions shall be 75 percent federally funded and 25 percent state funded. (Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 504.)
