Welfare and Institutions Code
The adult day health care provider shall maintain a complete standard medical record for each participant, including records of treatment rendered by a subcontractor, according to specifications established by the department and as may be further specified by the California Department of Aging. (Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 681, Sec. 19. Effective January 1, 2002.)
