Welfare and Institutions Code
It is the intent of the Legislature that all persons eligible for family planning services under Title IV-A of the Social Security Act and Title X of the U.S. Public Health Service Act on January 1, 1974, shall continue to be provided services notwithstanding changes in federal regulations. (Added by renumbering Section 10053.20 by Stats. 1978, Ch. 432.)
