Welfare and Institutions Code
For purposes of this article and Section 14454, “emergency services” shall have the same meaning as that established in Section 1317.1 of the Health and Safety Code for “emergency services and care.” (Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1052, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1993.)
