Welfare and Institutions Code
The prepaid health plan shall establish procedures for continuously reviewing the quality of care, performance of medical personnel, the utilization of services and facilities, and costs. Information derived from such review shall be made available to the department. (Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1036.)
