Welfare and Institutions Code
In compensating directors and officers, the prepaid health plan shall not compensate at a rate substantially greater than the prevailing charge for similar services in the community. For purposes of this chapter, salaries or other compensation from the prepaid health plan and its subcontractors, excluding reasonable expenses, shall be considered as one. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1036.)
