Welfare and Institutions Code
A prepaid health plan that contracts with Medi-Cal managed care or contracts with the Healthy Families Program may provide application assistance pursuant to Section 12693.325 of the Insurance Code during the eligibility redetermination process in order to allow persons to retain coverage. (Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 93, Sec. 97. Effective July 7, 2000.)
