Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 14199.114

Reproductive Health Account (a) Moneys in the Reproductive Health Account shall be used as set forth in this section. (b) The department shall, subject to the stakeholder input requirements of Section 14199.121, use the moneys in the Reproductive Health Account for the purpose of protecting, preserving, and expanding access to abortion and abortion-related services, including to increase payment rates for abortion and abortion-related services.
