Welfare and Institutions Code
It is the intent of the Legislature that beginning July 1, 1983, the functions, powers, and duties contained in Article 2.6 (commencing with Section 14081) become subject to the provisions contained herein. (Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 717, Sec. 159. (SB 853) Effective October 19, 2010.)
