Welfare and Institutions Code
The commission shall hire an executive director, legal counsel and such other staff as necessary consistent with funds appropriated in the Budget Act. All professional staff employees of the commission shall be exempt from civil service. (Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 329, Sec. 11.)
