Welfare and Institutions Code
Notwithstanding subdivision (h) of Section 14132, any utilization controls imposed under such subdivision shall not include mandatory examination by any person not licensed as a dentist under the Dental Practice Act. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 958.)
