Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 14132.1

As used in this chapter “surgical center” means a surgical clinic that is licensed under Section 1203 of the Health and Safety Code. Pursuant to Section 14105, the director shall establish the rates of payment for services provided by surgical centers. (Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 328, Sec. 36. Effective June 30, 1982.)
