Welfare and Institutions Code
The Medi-Cal Benefits Program comprises a department-administered uniform schedule of health care benefits. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, “health care services” shall be limited to the benefits set forth in this article and in Section 14021. (Amended by Stats. 1975, Ch. 1005.)
