Welfare and Institutions Code
Medi-Cal reimbursements for long-term care in any hospital shall be at a rate not to exceed the maximum rate paid for long-term care in nursing facilities which are distinct parts of acute care hospitals, except for patients whose medical or nursing needs exceed the level of care provided in nursing facilities. (Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 731, Sec. 13.)
