Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 14018.1

The department shall prospectively notify a Medi-Cal managed care plan of the date of the regularly scheduled annual redetermination of a Medi-Cal beneficiary in a disabled aid category, who is enrolled in that plan and where eligibility redetermination is the responsibility of the department. Nothing in this section shall provide a beneficiary with additional Medi-Cal coverage due to the department’s failure to provide this notice. (Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 742, Sec. 1.
