Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 13901

It is further the purpose of this chapter to give recognition to the fact that persons who require provision of an out-of-home living arrangement present a common set of personal problems, whether they are classified as aged, blind or disabled. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 1216.)
