Sec. 11.152. BUSINESS PLANS. Each business plan developed under this subchapter must include: (1) a description of the product or service provided; (2) an analysis of the information necessary for persons to make decisions on the project; (3) an analysis of the personnel necessary to manage and implement the project; (4) financial data, including both past performance and a budget and goals for future performance; and (5) a list of the resources necessary for a successful project.
