Bonefish; penalties. — A commercial harvester or wholesale or retail saltwater products dealer who violates commission rules pertaining to bonefish shall be punished under s. 379.407 . Any other person who violates commission rules pertaining to bonefish commits a Level Two violation under s. 379.401 .
