The portion of the road known as United States route two hundred fifty, commencing at interstate route seventy-seven and extending in a southeasterly direction through the municipal corporation of Uhrichsville, shall be known as the "Bill Hinig Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
