Sec. 13.308. AVAILABILITY OF STATE FUNDS. (a) The department may not make a commitment or an agreement to participate in an outdoor recreation program under this subchapter until sufficient funds are available to meet the state's share of the cost of the project. (b) An outdoor recreation area or facility acquired or developed by the department under this subchapter shall be publicly maintained to the extent necessary to insure its proper operation and maintenance.
