Authorization of appropriations

Pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 3103(a),11 See References in Text note below. $25,000,000 may be used for purposes of carrying out this subchapter. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $250,000,000 to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Fund established by section 7384e of this title. (Source: (Pub.
