Attorney’s fees and costs under s. 121.23 (2)(a); funding. — There is appropriated from the Florida Retirement System Trust Fund sufficient funds, not to exceed $300,000 annually, to pay attorney’s fees and taxable costs as directed by the State Retirement Commission in accordance with s. 121.23 (2)(a).
