Sec. 284.207. ATTENDANCE ON HEARING. (a) The peace officer or toll road agent who alleges a violation is not required to attend the hearing. (b) The failure of a person charged with an offense to appear at the hearing is considered an admission of liability for the violation. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.18(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
