Any association that is in compliance with the federal "Depository Institution Management Interlocks Act," 12 U.S.C. s.3201 et seq. and the federal regulations effectuating that act, 12 C.F.R. s.348, is deemed to be in compliance with the provisions of sections 1 through 6 of P.L.1975, c.265 (C.17:16E-1 et seq.).
