§ 4123.  Assignment procedure. The procedure for effecting temporary assignments of judges and magisterial district judges, the kind, amount and method of payment for travel, lodgings and subsistence, and all other matters related to such temporary assignments, shall be governed by general rules established by the Supreme Court except as otherwise specifically provided.
