That portion of the road known as United States route twenty, commencing at the boundary of Lyme and Ridgefield townships in Huron county and extending in an easterly direction through the village of Monroeville to the municipal corporation of Norwalk, shall be known as the "Army Private Jason L. Sparks Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
