Appropriations; Railsplitter Tobacco Settlement Authority Bonds

Subject to appropriation, the Office may make payments from the Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund to the trustee of those bonds issued by the Railsplitter Tobacco Settlement Authority with which the Authority has executed a bond indenture pursuant to the terms of the Railsplitter Tobacco Settlement Authority Act for the purpose of defeasing outstanding bonds of the Authority.
