§ 6148.  Applicability to leased vehicles. An agreement or arrangement entered into, or a declaration issued, under the authority of this subchapter may contain provisions under which a leased vehicle properly registered by the lessor may be entitled, subject to terms and conditions stated therein, to the exemptions, benefits and privileges extended by such agreement, arrangement or declaration.
