Applicability

This act shall apply only to works of fine art knowingly displayed in a place accessible to the public or published or reproduced in this State. It shall not apply to work prepared under contract for advertising or trade use unless the contract so provides. L. 1986, c. 97, s. 7, eff. Aug. 27, 1986.
