Administrative rules for case registry

The director of job and family services shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that do both of the following: (A) Establish procedures governing actions required by sections 3121.84 and 3121.85 of the Revised Code; (B) Designate any additional information that must be placed in the case registry consistent with Title IV-D of the "Social Security Act," 42 U.S.C. 651 et seq., as amended, and any federal regulations adopted under the act.
