ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY COLLECTION; GENERAL PROVISIONS

Sec. 15.027. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY COLLECTION; GENERAL PROVISIONS. (a) An administrative penalty collected under this subchapter shall be sent to the comptroller. (b) A proceeding relating to an administrative penalty under this subchapter is subject to Chapter 2001 , Government Code. (c) The executive director may delegate any power or duty relating to an administrative penalty given the executive director by this subchapter to a person designated by the executive director.
