Administrative Action and Review

The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act, as amended, and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder shall apply to and govern all administrative actions taken by the Authority, where applicable, unless otherwise prescribed by this Act. Judicial review of final administrative decisions may be had in accordance with the Administrative Review Law, as now or hereafter amended. (Source: P.A. 82-1039.)
