§ 8157.  Adjudications and judicial review. Except as provided under this chapter for an emergency suspension, the department shall hold hearings and issue adjudications in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. (relating to administrative law and procedure). The adjudications may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court under 42 Pa.C.S. § 763 (relating to direct appeals from government agencies).
