§ 4547. Additional investigating grand juries. Whenever the attorney for the Commonwealth determines that the volume of work of an
investigating grand jury exceeds the capacity of the investigating grand jury to discharge
its obligations, he may make application to the court to impanel additional investigating
grand juries under the provisions of section 4543 (relating to convening county investigating
grand jury) and section 4544 (relating to convening multicounty investigating grand
jury).
