Sec. 111.095. ACTION FOR DAMAGES. (a) If a person is discriminated against by a common purchaser in favor of the production of the common purchaser, the person may bring an action for damages against the common purchaser. (b) An action for damages under this section may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which the damage occurred. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2585, ch. 871, art.
