Act furnishes full authority for issuance of bonds. — This act constitutes full and complete authority for the issuance of bonds and the exercise of the powers of Space Florida provided herein. Any and all bonds issued by Space Florida shall not be secured by the full faith and credit of the State of Florida and do not constitute an obligation, either general or special, thereof.
