Acquisition of source material; payments

to purchase, take, requisition, condemn, or otherwise acquire supplies of source material; to purchase, condemn, or otherwise acquire any interest in real property containing deposits of source material; and to purchase, condemn, or otherwise acquire rights to enter upon any real property deemed by the Commission to have possibilities of containing deposits of source material in order to conduct prospecting and exploratory operations for such deposits.
