Sec. 102.153. ACCOUNTS OF PROFITS AND LOSSES. A gas utility or municipally owned utility shall keep separate accounts showing profits or losses from the sale or lease of merchandise, including an appliance, a fixture, or equipment. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
