Acceptance of donations and bequests for Natural Resources Library

In fiscal year 1999 and thereafter, the Secretary may accept donations and bequests of money, services, or other personal property for the management and enhancement of the Department’s Natural Resources Library. The Secretary may hold, use, and administer such donations until expended and without further appropriation. (Source: (Pub. L. 105–277, div.
